Payment
Full payment of purchase must be done in full before processing order takes place.
Payment can be done as bank transfer to Wild Touch® bank account, click here for details.
Delivery time
A Wild Touch® orders are produced to customer’s specifications, and will be delivered within 8-14 weeks,
depending of product and availability of leathers and skin. Delivery time will be stated on order confirmation.
Refunds
Every product sold by Wild Touch® undergoes a detailed quality control and is covered by a 30 days return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date and ask for
store credit or a refund.
The right to cancel a purchase only applies to personal non-commercial use.
Before creating a return request make sure that all the following conditions exist:
- The Wild Touch® tag must be still attached and to the product unbroken
- The product must be unused and in the same conditions as received- All original accessories must be returned with the product
- It is NOT a personalized products with laser engraving (initials/name/logo). Laser engraved products cannot be returned.
In order to return a product fills out this RP form an e-mail to us. We will then issue a Return Product Authorization code and
send back to you with address where you can send your box to.
As soon as you ship the parcel please let us know and provide the tracking number. Please remember to use a traceable shipping
method – for instance GLS.
Returns shipping expenses will not be refunded.
The RP code is a Return Product Authorization number that identifies your file and must be attached on the returning box. All parcels
returned to us without the RMA code attached will be refused and sent back to you.
If all the above conditions are met, your return will be successfully processed.
Defective products
If you think you have received a defective product, please contact our Customer Service on email
service@wildtouch.eu within 48 hours upon the delivery providing the order number and your telephone number.
Once we have established that there is a production defect we will we will offer repair, refund or new product for you.
Damaged shipment
Please note that you have to sign the parcel unchecked if you notice that the box is damaged. Contact our Customer Service
at service@wildtouch.eu within 24 hours and describe the problem. It is very important
that you stick to the deadlines in order to ensure the correct procedures can be started.
Conditions of use
Your access to, and use of, the Wild Touch® website is subject to your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, including
all the documents referred on this page. We ask that you read this page carefully before accessing or using the website. By
accessing and/or using the website, you consent to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept
the following terms and conditions, we ask that you do not access or use the website.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
This Agreement may be modified at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they have been posted on the site. By accessing
and/or using the website you consent to check this page on occasion to ensure that you accept the latest terms and conditions.
Orders / Contract of Sale
Orders are taken on the internet or by telephone.
Please check the Order Confirmation and inform us if any errors in writing at your earliest convenience.

Should you not do so, the terms of the Contract of Sale will be applied based on the information contained in the Order Confirmation.
Prices and Availability
The prices of all the products sold by Wild Touch® are clearly indicated on the site, and are without Danish VAT (25%).
Shipping charges are included to all destinations inside Denmark.
Shipping cost to all destinations in rest of the world is calculated on invoice.
The price is 20-50 EURO depending of weight, size and destination of parcel.
For countries outside the EEC the prices does not include local or national taxes and import duties.
For the Norway and Switzerland, taxes and custom duties are INCLUDED in your order total and no additional fees will be requested on delivery
If a product you have ordered is not available, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.
Delivery of the product(s) you have ordered
Wild Touch® will arrange delivery of the products you have ordered to the address you specify. All delivery time on the website are approximate,
and are dependent on the availability of the product ordered, the processing of the order and the transporter's stated transit times at any
given moment.
Articles and Pictures Online
All Wild Touch® products are unique. Not 2 productions of the same items looks identically. The natural pattern and scratches form thorns and
fighting in game hide make every single leather unique. This is the beauty of wild game hides and not a failure in the product. Wild Touch®
is not responsible for the possibility that, because of a specific computer setting or its malfunctioning, the colors of the products shown
on the website are slightly different from the original ones.
Products can be slightly modified in order to improve their look and characteristics.
Legitimacy of the Terms & Conditions
If for any reason any part of these Terms & Conditions were to prove inapplicable in relation to any given scenario, the remaining terms and
conditions would, nevertheless, not be invalidated.
Privacy notice
In accordance with Danish data protection legislation Wild Touch® hereby informs its customers that the personal data they supply at the time
of ordering products and/or completing an invoice form does not require to be authorised by the interested party in that the information will
be treated exclusively as prescribed by Danish law and within EU guidelines. Indeed, the information supplied will be used exclusively for the
purpose of adhering to the terms of the purchasing contract to which the interested party has consented and/or to acquire any other information
necessary for the legitimate processing of the order. In particular, Wild Touch® hereby makes clear that your personal details will not be used
for promotional, market research or web-based commercial purposes, unless you give your express consent in advance. At any time, you are free to
exercise your right to consult, update, correct or supplement your personal data by logging on to . Additionally, you may bar (fully or partially)
the processing of your personal data or request that any information we hold on you deleted by sending a formal request to the following link.
