Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges

All shipping will be done with “Track & Trace” system by our shipping partner GLS (General Logistic Service).

Shipping charges are included to all destinations inside Denmark.

Shipping cost to all destinations in rest of the world is calculated on invoice. The price is 20-50 EURO depending of weight, size and destination of parcel.

For countries outside the EEC (EU), the prices do not include local or national taxes and import duties.

For the Norway and Switzerland, taxes and custom duties are INCLUDED in your order total and no additional fees will be requested on delivery.

Delivery time

A Wild Touch® orders are produced to customer’s specifications, and will be delivered within 8-14 weeks, depending of product and availability of leathers and skin. Delivery time will be stated on order confirmation.


Every product sold by Wild Touch undergoes a detailed quality control and is covered by a 30 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date and ask for store credit or a refund.

The right to cancel a purchase only applies to personal non-commercial use.

Before creating a return request make sure that all the following conditions exist:

  • The Wild Touch® tag must be still attached and to the product unbroken.
  • The product must be unused and in the same conditions as received- All original accessories must be returned with the product.
  • It is NOT a personalized products with laser engraving (initials/name/logo). Laser engraved products cannot be returned.

In order to return a product fills out this RP form an e-mail to us. We will then issue a Return Product Authorization code and send back to you with address where you can send your box to.

As soon as you ship the parcel please let us know and provide the tracking number. Please remember to use a traceable shipping method – for instance GLS.

Returns shipping expenses will not be refunded.

The RP code is a Return Product Authorization number that identifies your file and must be attached on the returning box. All parcels returned to us without the RMA code attached will be refused and sent back to you.

If all the above conditions are met, your return will be successfully processed.

Defective products

If you think you have received a defective product, please contact our Customer Service on email within 48 hours upon the delivery providing the order number and your telephone number.

Once we have established that there is a production defect we will we will offer repair, refund or new product for you.

Damaged shipment

Please note that you have to sign the parcel unchecked if you notice that the box is damaged. Contact our Customer Service at within 24 hours and describe the problem. It is very important that you stick to the deadlines in order to ensure the correct procedures can be started.
